Refund policy

Discover our thoughtful approach to returns and refunds. 

We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Woodland Grace Design. If an item doesn't align with your vision, you may return it unused and in its original-packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are processed upon return and cover the item price only.  Include your order number and name with your return.

Imperfect Pieces

It is our hope that you will never receive an imperfect item from Woodland Grace. However, should this be the case, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately.  We are quite nice to talk to. (smile)

Once we've chatted and determined the defect, the item will need to be returned to us at your expense so we can examine the item and then provide either a refund or replacement.

Missing Packages

Once the package has been shipped from our location, it is now the responsibility of the carrier.  We hope that you never experience having a missing package but if it should, then please consider the following steps: 

• Track Your Package: Check for updates on your tracking link.
• Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the appropriate carrier if your package is marked as delivered but missing.
• Safe Delivery: Consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive your delivery.
